- You can either return a product for a credit note or exchange a product for an item of the same value, within 14 days of purchase. Please make sure your returns are in their original condition and packaging, and do include the original payment receipt.
- If a product is defective, we will first try to repair it; if it cannot be repaired, we will be happy to exchange it for a new one. However, if it cannot be exchanged for some reason, we will refund its total value.
- For hygienic reasons, no exchanges will be offered on lingerie, underwear and accessories.
